Article I
The name of the club shall be American Hunt Terrier Club Association and referred to as the AHTCA.

Article II
We are gathered together to encourage and promote quality breeding of the Hunt Terrier. We shall do all
that is possible to bring the Hunt Terriers qualities to perfection.

Article III
We shall urge members and breeders to accept the American Hunt Terrier Breed Standard.

Article IV
The Association shall not be conducted or operated for profit and no part or any profits from dues,
donations and fees to the AHTCA shall benefit any member or individual.

Article V
The members of the AHTCA shall adopt and may find the need to revise such by-laws to carry out this
constitution.

"original" black and tan Jack Russell Terrier
a.k.a. Hunt Terrier.
